RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AVENUE.EG, we want you to be happy with your order. If there’s an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Not have any stains, odors, damage, or signs of washing.

  • Be returned with all original accessories, if applicable.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • A different size.

  • A different available color.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Sale items and items marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos/videos of the item.

  • A description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Shipping and delivery fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

6. Return Shipping

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item, AVENUE.EG will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
